Step 1:
To remove the coarse scratches, the 1.1 MACHINE POLISH HEAVY CUT COMPOUND polish should be used in conjunction with the red Centriforce polishing pad.
If the surface does not have any major scratches or defects, this step should be skipped - polishing is also always an ablative event.
Step 2:
Use LIQUID ELEMENTS PROFESSIONAL 2.4 MACHINE POLISH MEDIUM CUT & GLOSS polish to remove the typical polishing marks after step 1 and at the same time lay the foundation for the final 3rd step. This still achieves sufficient removal to also select this step as the 1st polishing step if the paint surface only has light and medium defects, matching the yellow Centriforce polishing pad.
Step 3:
In the third polishing step, the high-gloss finish is achieved with the LIQUID ELEMENTS PROFESSIONAL 3.7 MACHINE POLISH ULTRA FINISH polish in conjunction with the purple Centriforce polishing pad. Now the remaining holograms and streaks are eliminated.
Gloss and service life are optimized in the final processing step.
