Nano Paint Seal

The 1K Nano network bonds firmly with the paint and creates an extremely smooth, high gloss, chemical, UV radiation and abrasive resistant paint sealant based on innovative reactive agents.
Special additives give the paint an extreme deep shine.
The onestep process significantly reduces the working time compared to 2 component systems.
The paint is perfectly and permanently protected against adverse environmental influences.
With a unique easy to clean performance, insects, bird droppings and similar attachments are much easier to remove. The shelf life is about 1 year, but can be extended up to 3 years by a regular manual
aftercare with NanoMagicShampoo (hand wash) and the recommended annual paint inspection by the specialist!

Applications:

A. Basic Cleaning
Pre-clean / wash the vehicles thoroughly alkaline (eg with Green Star, no sealer) prior to the polishing and sealing process. For coarse dirt such as tree resin, rust, tar etc. pretreat with cleaning dough, tar wash or similar.
B. Paint preparation
first High to medium-weathered paints:
Depending on the condition, machine the paint with a heavy-duty abrasive polishing or fine-grinding paste (see
Product Information Heavy Cut and Fine-grinding Paste). Residue completely with professional microfibre cloth *
remove.
2. Lightly weathered and after point 1 treated lacquers (hologram removal):

Remove residues completely with professional microfiber cloth *.
3. New (hologram and scratch-free) as well as according to point 2. treated lacquers:
From here use suitable gloves. Wipe all surfaces with a clean professional microfibre cloth * soaked in silicone & wax remover * with little pressure and wipe off with a second hand just before drying off with another new professional microfibre cloth *. This is the only way to completely remove surfactants, drying aids, oils contained in polishes, etc. and avoid the problems of 1K nano crosslinking problems. Caution: For sensitive plain or single-coat paints, Silicone & Wax Remover
1: 4 should be diluted with water to avoid possible matting. Last streaks with one more clean professional microfibre cloth * without pressure polish. The paint should now have a scratch and hologram-free surface under sunlight or a paint control sodium vapor lamp. After this step, the varnish must not be touched with the palms / fingers (risk of cross-linking,
use gloves). The surface is now perfectly prepared for nano-sealing

C. Paint sealant
first To process the 1K-Nano observe the recommended ambient temperature of 15-30 ° C. Absolutely
in a closed hall, do not work outdoors and allow to harden.
2. Shake the aluminum bottle well before use and transfer to the supplied plastic bottle (75ml). This amount is usually enough for a medium-sized vehicle. If the order quantity is too low, the sealing quality suffers. Seal only on fully cured (please note notes below)
painted, apply surfaces.
2. 1K-Nano ideally by machine (especially with single-coat and dark varnish is recommended the machine application!) By means of eccentric without forced rotation on slower level
and finish sponge black, alternatively manually using sponge soft (999038) without pressure
Apply in sections (max 1 component: hood, door, fender, etc.). Approximately Brush in for 2-3 minutes, applying fresh sealer over and over again. Pull closely overlapping webs during the polishing process to ensure a comprehensive network and avoid cloud formation (uneven and deepening of color). After these 2-3 minutes, do not apply a fresh sealer and polish so long until a coherent film without dripping occurs.
3. Wait another 2-3 minutes and finish off the film, which has now been completely dried, to a high gloss with a clean, professional microfibre cloth *.
4. After about 1-2 hours of reaction time, the seal is cured, resulting in a chemical-resistant and abrasion-resistant long-term sealing. Any streaks (product surpluses) occurring during the reaction process can be removed after curing by means of a professional microfiber cloth * or are eliminated by the first vehicle wash (at the earliest after 3 days).

Warning:

Attention: Do not use on fresh repair lacquers! Repainted surfaces require a curing time of approx. 6-8 weeks before the sealant can be applied. Original manufacturer's coatings
on new vehicles can be directly sealed. During processing, ensure good ventilation and fresh air supply! Due to the reactive components 1K-Nano is stored in a high-density aluminum bottle. Fill any remaining quantities back into the aluminum bottle immediately after use, seal immediately and always store upright. The shelf life is about 1 year after opening.
* Use only the professional microfibre cloth ultrasonically cut for processing the 1K-Nano

(999241), because of lower grade cloths For example, softeners, silicone derivatives, etc. are included in the finish and thus prevent cross-linking on the paint. Always use a number of clean cloths to avoid the carryover of residues and thus unwanted crosslinking problems.
