Polishing Sponge - Polishing Pad 126mm

The new polishing system from Koch Chemie offers a perfect and, above all, easy solution for everyone. Polishes and pads are perfectly coordinated and can even be differentiated by color.

The pads are Made in Germany and of very high quality. The height has been reduced to 23mm in order to decrease torsional forces. Good handling and stability during the polishing process are also guaranteed.

The foam material specially produced for Koch Chemie has a particularly high density, which ensures long-lasting compression resistance. In addition, the polishing sponges retain their shape for longer. Improved abrasiveness and hygiene factors. Increased flexibility due to the existing milling edge, ideal for contours. Packaged in a dust-free individual packaging.

Koch Chemie Polish System:

Step 1a

Task: Remove deep scratches and abrasions from 1200-grit.

Products: Koch Chemie Heavy Cut Pad + Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H901 Polish

Machine: Rotary polishing machine with approximately 1300RPM. Process in a cross motion.

Step 1b

Task: Remove medium scratches.

Products: Koch Chemie Fine Cut Pad + Koch Chemie F601 Polish

Machine: Rotary polishing machine with approximately 1300RPM. Process in a cross motion.

Step 2a

Task: Remove light scratches and holograms (followed by 3a or 3b).

Products: Koch Chemie Micro Cut Pad + Koch Chemie Micro-Cut M302

Machine: Rotary/Orbital polisher with forced rotation (highest level) and moderate pressure. Process in a cross motion until a transparent film is achieved.

Step 2b

Task: Remove light scratches and holograms, including sealing (as the final step).

Products: Koch Chemie Micro Cut Pad + Koch Chemie Micro Cut & Finish P301

Machine: Rotary/Orbital polisher with forced rotation (highest level) and moderate pressure. Process in a cross motion until a transparent film is achieved.

Step 3a

Task: Long-term sealing.

Products: Koch Chemie Polish & Sealing Pad + Koch Chemie 1K Nano

Machine: Rotary/Orbital polisher without forced rotation or manual application.

Step 3b

Task: Sealing.

Products: Koch Chemie Polish & Sealing Pad + Koch Chemie Paint Polish green P101 (for example)

Machine: Rotary/Orbital polisher without forced rotation or manual application.
